Brothers
International
is a 501C-3 non-profit corporation founded by Derwin
Stewart. Brothers is governed by a board of Advisors
that are outstanding national leaders from various professional
backgrounds. Brothers develops culturally sensitive
and biblically based programs for incarcerated and at
risk African American males.
Our programs
promote positive self image, work ethics and family
values. We believe our effort will reduce the recidivism
rate and crime among at risk youths. Our goal is to
continue to be a conduit for the healing, redemption
and restoration for the incarcerated African American
Male.
Our Mission
Brothers mission is to reduce the recidivism rate
among African American Males, prepare inmates to live
a productive life when released from prison. and to
prevent at risk youths from incarceration.
Statement of Faith
We believe in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. We
believe that Jesus Christ is God. We believe that Jesus
died for the sins of mankind. We believe that Christ
rose from the dead. We believe that the Bible is the
inspired Word of God. We believe in reaching the lost
with the Gospel of Christ. We believe in the redemptive
power of Christ to change the heart of man.

Harold Reynolds
In March 1996 former Seattle Mariner Harold Reynolds joined
ESPN as a studio analyst for Baseball Tonight. Prior to
that, the switch-hitting second baseman was a three-time
Gold Glove Award-winner during his ten years in Seattle.
Reynolds closed out his career after a one-year stint
with Baltimore (1993) and California (1994). In 1987 he
led the American League with 60 steals, and in 1988 he
led the league with 11 triples.
Reynolds, a two-time All-Star during his 12-year Major
League career, attended San Diego University and Canada
College (Calif.) before becoming the number-one draft
pick by the Seattle Mariners in 1980. |

Dr. A. R. Bernard
Dr. Bernard is the founder and Pastor of New York Christian
Life Center, with a membership over 10,000. He is also
founder and president of Christian Men’s Network.
Dr. Bernard has ministered at national and international
conferences with Promise Keepers and with Dr. Edwin Louis
Cole of the Christian Men’s Network. His television
appearances include The 700 Club with Ben Kinchlow, Trinity
Broadcasting Network, and he has spoken in such countries
as South Africa, Australia, Nigeria, and England. |

Jones
Executive Director of World Vision in Washington D.C.
Clark Jones has served urban communities for the past
30 years. He has held leadership positions such as Vice
President of Communities in Schools, Presidents, Creative
Change Inc., Executive Director of City Team Ministries
and currently as Executive Director of World Vision
in Washington D.C. |

Myles Munroe
is
the international motivational speaker,
author, lecture, government consultant,
advisor, and businessman, addressing critical
issues affecting every aspect of human,
social, and spiritual development. He is
the founder and president of Bahamas Faith
Ministries International, and all-encompassing
network of ministries headquartered in Nassau,
Bahamas.
Dr. Munroe holds Bachelor of Arts degrees
in Education, in arts and theology from
oral Roberts University; a master of arts
degree in Administration from the University
of Tulsa; and an honorary Doctorate degree
from Oral Roberts University. |
